Delete your Dali account
You can remove your account and the data attached to it, without going through our support.
What goes: your account, your synced entries, your assistant conversations, your devices' notification tokens, your Dali Privé membership and its appointments, and the log of your usage.
What stays: usage counters that name nobody, how many times a feature was opened, by country and by week. Nothing there ties back to an account.
From the app
Open Dali, then Settings → Export my data. The "Your data" screen offers to take your data with you first, then to delete your account.
Without the app
If you have uninstalled Dali, enter the address of your account: we send you a single-use link. Opening it lets you confirm the deletion.
